1) My typical stress response is flight and freeze. It typically shows up in my life when I am stress for having to do a lot of school work and start to freak out and overthink.
2) An emotion I would like to feel more of is relaxed
3) An emotion I'd like to feel less of is stress and what I would do to make that happen is going easy on myself.
4) My hierarchy of needs is self-actualization. The needs are not being met but I will take steps to make the needs happen.
